Safely transport individuals with special needs to and from their day programs while providing friendly, professional, and caring service. We're Looking for Someone Who Is: Dependable, patient & safety-minded; Friendly and professional; Comfortable working with individuals with special needs; Flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules and needs; Able to work a split-shift schedule; Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Driver Requirements: Valid Driver's License & clean driving record; Strong customer service skills; Ability to pass DOT physical & drug screening; Conduct pre-trip & post-trip inspections; Follow company and DOT safety standards; Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement preferred. Fleet & Property Care Attendant. Help keep our vehicles, offices, grounds, and property clean, safe, organized, and looking their best! Duties Include: Washing and cleaning vehicles; Cleaning and sanitizing vehicle interiors; Cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas; Keeping parking lots, walkways, and outdoor areas clean; Light grounds maintenance, including sweeping, raking & weeding; Restocking fridge, cleaning, and restroom supplies; Reporting maintenance or safety concerns; Helping with other property-care tasks as needed. We're Looking for Someone Who Is: Dependable, punctual & hardworking; Flexible and willing to help wherever needed; Self-motivated and detail-oriented; Comfortable working indoors and outdoors; Able to perform physical work and stay active; Available to work weekends when needed; A team player with a positive attitude.
